Booking your 2025 pass

Ready to buy your Festival passes? Here's how to secure your place at Cannes Lions 2025.

How can I book a pass for the 2025 Festival?

Festival passes can be booked online here where you can also view all pass types and pricing. You can also buy a pass at Registration onsite at the Festival up until the very last day, Friday 20 June 2025.

Can I register multiple delegates at once?

You can add names to multiple passes before you pay, and you don’t have to pay for all registered delegates at the same time. You can also register delegates and then return to your Pass Manager and register additional delegates, or make changes, before paying.

I don’t know the details of the delegates who will be attending yet. Can I still register them?

You'll be able to register delegates without details until 17 May 2025. Please be aware that after 31 March 2025, fees may apply.

What currency and methods of payment are accepted?

Payments must be in euro (€). Our accepted methods are bank transfer/invoice (until 1 June 2025), Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

Do your prices include tax?

All prices on our website exclude VAT. However, please note this will be included once you proceed to checkout.

A 20% VAT charge will be added on top of all delegate passes and transaction fees. However, if your invoicing country is France and you have a valid VAT number, you won’t be charged VAT. Please note VAT may be reclaimable via your local tax representative.

How do I pay by bank transfer/invoice?

You can opt to pay by bank transfer up until 1 June 2025. If you have completed your registration by choosing bank transfer, our account details are as follows:

It is imperative that you cover all bank charges, otherwise your registration(s) may be refused.

Please ensure that payment is made in euros and arrives at our bank in euros.

Once the transfer has been made, please email proof of payment to our Finance team, quoting the order reference number(s) you’re paying for. You can find this in the subject header of the confirmation email you received when you completed the online booking.

Please note all invoicing is done post-event as per our Terms and Conditions. Payment is required immediately. By completing checkout via bank transfer, you are entering a binding contract by which you are required to make payment in full.

I checked out via bank transfer, but I need to pay via credit card. What should I do?

Please contact our Finance team to change the payment method from bank transfer to credit card. Please do not place a new order via credit card as that will generate a duplicate order.

I think I’ve made a duplicate payment. What happens now?

Please contact our Finance team and they will advise on how to proceed.

What options do I have if my credit card is declined?

It is advisable to contact your card issuing bank to authorise them to release the appropriate funds and allow international transactions. Another alternative is a payment by bank transfer/invoice.

Can I receive a refund or credit if I cancel my booking?

We regret that the Festival office will be unable to offer refunds or credits for any current or future Festivals. But don’t worry, you replace a delegate via your Pass Manager until 14 June 2025. After 31 March 2025, fees may apply.
