Registration and Badge Collection
When you enter Cannes Lions for the first time, you’ll need to collect your badge from the Registration and Badge Collection, located at the Gare Maritime.
The building is next door to the main venue (the Palais des Festivals) and the Casino Barriere. You’ll find it here on the Map. You can also use the Cannes Lions 2025 app (out a few weeks before the Festival) for directions to the Gare Maritime.

Pre Registration* - Sunday 15 June: 8:00AM–8:00PM. *Please note that the Festival kicks off on Monday morning. Please bring a form of ID and your badge collection barcode email. A few days before the Festival, you’ll receive an email with your unique barcode and details on how to collect your badge onsite.
If you can’t find the barcode email, don’t worry. Head to the Registration desks anyway, and the staff will help you locate the booking onsite.
Your Cannes Lions badge will include your headshot, name and company name. Make sure the details on your badge are up to date, but you can always log in to Pass Manager to make any changes. If your pass isn’t in your account because it was booked by someone else, please ask the booking contact to make the changes or email the Delegates team and they’ll be happy to help.
Absolutely. Head to Registration at the Gare Maritime or buy your pass online. Please note a walk-up fee (EUR105 + TVA) will be added to all purchases from 15 June (online or in person).
You can collect a badge for someone else and we’ll be able to add the collection details to the booking. Please make sure you bring the badge collection barcode email with you or an email from the delegate with permission to collect the badge on their behalf.
As long as the badge hasn’t been used or printed already, you can make a name change at the Registration desks or online by following these steps: Select Options > Replace delegate > Add new delegate details > Save. Please note that admin fees may apply. You can find out more here.
