Having trouble logging in to the Cannes Lions 2024 app?

We’re here to help. Here's what you need to know to get up and running.

Have you downloaded the latest version of the 2024 Festival App?

Make sure you have downloaded the 2024 Festival App via the App Store or Google Play. If you have the 2023 Festival App, please update to the new version.

Do you have a pass for Cannes Lions 2024?

Only Cannes Lions 2024 pass holders will be able to access the Cannes Lions app.

If you have a pass, please note the following:

  1. The email address on your Cannes Lions account must match the email address on your pass. If you are not sure which email address has been used against your pass, you can check via the Pass Manager of your Account or you will need to check with the login contact who booked on your behalf.

  2. If you do not already have an account using the same email address that is against your pass, please Sign Up to create a new account.

    OR

    If you have an account but have forgotten the password, please click on ‘Forgotten Password?’ from the Cannes Lions Login page.

    You will then be able to log in via desktop or via the mobile app.

  1. It can take up to 90 mins from purchase for access to be enabled for you to log in via desktop or the mobile app.

  2. If your company has purchased a pass but it has not yet been assigned to anyone, please ask the login contact to assign the pass to you first from the Purchased Orders section of Pass Manager via their Account.

If you do not have a pass yet, you can buy now. Please note it can take up to 90 mins from purchase for access to be enabled for desktop or the Cannes Lions mobile app.
