Bia Lopes Maria is an Associate Creative Director at Jotacom, TEDx Speaker, photographer, and Founder of Quintal agency and the Re_Modelar project. An award-winning art director, Bia has developed numerous campaigns for high-profile clients such as Chevrolet, Banco do Brasil, Seara, Lupo, Eataly, SBT, and Big Brother Brasil. As a Black Brazilian woman, she seeks to spread Brazilian creativity to global advertising.

Bia was named one of the 30 Voices That Are Changing the Communication Industry by the Papel e Caneta list and was recognised in the MOOC 100 main Black figures in Brazil. She was also shortlisted in the Black Leadership category of the Potências Award. Her own project was mentioned in Forbes. She has lectured about creativity in universities around the country.

She has earnt several awards, including The One Show, Clio Awards, New York Festival, The Gerety Awards, FIAP, Smarties, and Creative Club São Paulo.
