Tor Myhren is Apple’s Vice President of Marketing Communications, reporting to CEO Tim Cook. He also oversees all Immersive Video for the Apple Vision Pro.

Apple has ranked #1 in Interbrand’s Best Global Brands every year since Tor joined in 2016. In that time Apple has received 15 Emmy nominations for Outstanding Commercial, and just became the first brand in Emmys history to win this award in back-to-back years (2023, 2024). Under his leadership Apple has created four Cannes Grand Prix winning films: Welcome Home, The Underdogs Escape from the Office, R.I.P. Leon, and The Greatest.

Tor joined Apple from Grey, where he was Worldwide President and Chief Creative Officer. He is a former journalist, two-time TED speaker, and award-winning documentary filmmaker. He coaches 8th grade girls basketball in Northern California, where he lives with his wife and two young daughters.
