See It Be It Presents: The 2024 Digest is an interactive workshop event consisting of talks and discussions covering confidence, resilience and adaptability, and negotiation. During the session, you’ll learn:

• what the See It Be It programme is and its transformative impact
• about inspiring work and talks from Cannes Lions
• how we can use confidence, resilience and adaptability, and negotiation to tackle the ever-changing creative world, and how these skills will help you navigate your career
• the next steps for anyone interested in joining the See It Be It community.

The workshop is free to all and will be recorded. So don’t worry if you can’t make it on the day – you’ll be able to watch the recording back from 21 October.
