Refunds/Cancellations
This summary is only a guide to the key points about refunds/cancellations. It is not a substitute for reading the full rules of entering, terms and conditions, refunds/cancellations and our policies on ineligible and “scam” entries, which can all be downloaded in Entry Kit 2.
- Entrant withdraws on or before 6 March 2025 – receiving a refund or credit
An entrant may withdraw their entries on or before 6 March 2025 for any reason and be eligible for a refund of the entry fee paid, minus a processing fee of €260.
- Entrant withdraws after 6 March 2025 – not receiving a refund or credit
An entrant may withdraw their entries after 6 March 2025 but will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Notification of Winners

Shortlisted work will be announced on www.lovethework.com.

Winners are announced at the relevant Festival Award Show and will appear on www.lovethework.com.

The Entrant Company and any company listed in Idea Creation will be named alongside the winning work and brand, on the screen at the Awards Show. All other trophies and certificates will be distributed after the Festival.

Duplicate trophies can be purchased by all companies or individuals credited on the work after the Festival.
