What's included with the Start-up pass?

Eligible start-ups can claim exclusive, part-subsidised pricing for up to five Festival passes, each including all the benefits of a Classic pass (worth €4,295) at a special rate of €1,295 + Sales Tax @ 20% per pass:

  • All Cannes Lions Talks and Award Shows in person
  • Digital on-demand access to all Talks post-Festival
  • Access to the Closing Party on Friday 20 June
  • Entry to partner spaces across the city
  • Access to meeting spaces and networking opportunities
  • Daily happy hour networking drinks
  • Access to the official Festival app
  • Access to The Work for the duration of the Festival

What is the eligibility criteria for the Start-up pass?

  • Must be an independent, early-stage start-up (not owned by another business or holding company)
  • Must have less than €5 million total in funding generated
  • Must have been incorporated within the past five years (by 15 June 2020)
  • Must operate in or serve the creative ecosystem
  • Passes are non-transferable to partners or other organisations that don’t match these criteria. By application only. Some proof will be requested.
