Cannes Lions Live Meet Ups, talks and live entertainment

Virtual experiences, taking place through experiential platform, Spatial Web, will connect the community in real time throughout the week.

Cannes Lions Live announces a programme of virtual experiences to bring the global community together, in real time, from 21-25 June 2021. Community networking, Meet Ups, live performances and talks are taking place inside a bespoke experiential platform, throughout the week.

Providing a next generation digital experience, blending state-of-the-art 360 sound, graphics and live video, the Spatial Web platform will host exclusive Cannes Lions Live content. Highlights include an intimate performance by multi-talented singer, songwriter, and Oscar nominated actress, Andra Day, courtesy of partners, Amazon Music.

The Cannes Lions community will come together at an unprecedented scale in a single virtual space. Daily Meet Up sessions, hosted by industry greats, are designed for the creative community to build connections, start conversations, share ideas and collaborate, enabling chance meetings and meaningful networking.

Immersive Digital Lounges by partners: Nielsen, The Female Quotient, WARC and P&G will feature networking sessions, talks and insights with off-the-cuff sessions from industry leaders, alongside live Q&As. Associate partners, P&G will host their immersive virtual LifeLab platform inside Spatial Web and will kick-off the talks on Monday with Marc Pritchard and an all-star panel, discussing how representing the world’s consumers more fully on screen can widen our view to see, and create, a more equal future.

The See It Be It accelerator programme, in partnership with Spotify, has been central to the Cannes Lions community since it launched in 2014 as a response to the gender imbalance in the industry. During Cannes Lions Live week, See It Be It will deliver a series of bespoke sessions for the 2020/2021 cohort of female leaders, focused on the theme of Rebuilding Together. So far, SIBI has seen eight groups take part from across the globe and step-up in their careers. ~~Find out about this year’s SIBI finalists here. ~~

Cannes Lions Live will also celebrate and benchmark two years’ of Lions winners with The Awards streamed from Cannes, France, daily, alongside The Debrief awards’ analysis sessions. On-demand and live creative content will be available via the Cannes Lions Live platform throughout the week. Creativity On Demand - a beautifully crafted film channel, curated by LIONS and produced by the world’s most awarded creators, features original content from Associate Partners, including Accenture Interactive, Amazon, P&G, Whalar and Microsoft.

Creativity On Demand will feature: CMO's in the Spotlight sessions in partnership with Deloitte, The Changemakers series in partnership with Euronews, The Future Consumer Series in partnership with Pinterest, as well as Creative Crossover in partnership with McKinsey,

The Expert Guide to in partnership with Unity, and Retail Revolution in partnership with Amazon.
